At Meziva Beauty, we value hygiene and product safety. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged during transit
• An incorrect product is delivered

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear images/videos along with your order ID

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

4. Marketplace Orders (Amazon)

Orders placed via Amazon are subject to Amazon’s return and refund policies. Please initiate returns directly through the Amazon platform.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Orders placed during special offers or clearance sales (unless damaged)
