To initiate a return request, a valid proof of purchase such as order confirmation or invoice is required.
Please do not send the product back without contacting our support team first.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected by our team.
After approval, the refund will be issued in the form of a discount coupon / store credit of the approved amount, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
The coupon issued will have no expiry unless mentioned otherwise.
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after the product is received and verified.
For international orders, only the product value is refundable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched from our facility.
